Your account limits
Your account limits are based on you, not the number of accounts you have. This means limits are shared across any personal and joint accounts you have.
How to check your limits:
Tap Home in the app
Tap on the account name
Tap the three dots
Select Limits and allowances
Limits include daily card transactions, ATM withdrawals, and bank transfers.
How to increase your limits:
If you need to make a payment that would go over your limits, you can request an increase by:
Going to the Home tab
Tap your account card at the top
Tap on the three dots (⋯) in the top right
Tap Manage account (or Manage)
Tap Limits and allowances
Tap Request a temporary limit increase
Tap Get started and follow the on-screen steps
Please note that we are not able to increase limits for Monzo.me
