Blocking gambling transactions
If you're looking for help with gambling, you can use our in-app feature to block gambling transactions. This feature will automatically decline any payments you try to make to gambling merchants, both online and in person.
When you turn on the block, you'll choose a cooldown period, from 2 days to a year. You'll have to wait out that cooldown before you can switch it off.
The block works by identifying a gambling merchant code attached to the transaction and only applies to card payments. If you need to block other payment types, like bank transfers, our specialist team can help.
How to turn it on
Tap the three dots at the bottom right corner of your card on the Home screen
Tap Manage account
Tap Gambling block
