We prioritise the security of your money and personal information. As a regulated bank, we follow strict security standards and use advanced fraud prevention, including 24/7 monitoring, to help keep you safe.

We’ve built key features into the app so you can stay in control.

Login and biometrics Secure your account with Face ID or Fingerprint ID. Make sure only your own biometrics are saved on your device, as they can be used to log in and authorise payments.

Card controls Get instant notifications for every transaction. You can freeze or defrost your card, and report it lost or stolen directly in the app.

Scam prevention For most online payments, we’ll ask you to approve or deny the transaction in your app. If we ever call you, you’ll see a ‘call status’ notification confirming it’s really us.

Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) SCA helps confirm it’s really you when you log in or make a payment. We’ll ask for two pieces of proof, such as your PIN, your phone, or your fingerprint. This is a legal requirement that helps keep online banking safer across Europe.

Remember We’ll never ask you to send money to a holding account or share your PIN.
